Didn’t even get to go there. Why would someone name a store garage? We went on a 30 minute drive for nothing. I got lead to the actual garage?? Try better

Clothes are great for my 16 year old. We were in San Diego and chose Fashion Valley because they stayed open until 9pm. She picked out a few items, but needed to try them on. It was 8:15 pm and the 2 gals working wouldn’t allow her to try on the clothes because they had already cleaned the dressing room. Rather told us they have a 30 day return policy. I told her we were from out of town just let her try them on. One of the gals tried to convince the other to let her try on and she said “no”. Ridiculous. Obviously the gal wanted to get out of there and onto her next plans despite customers wanting to still shop for the next 45 min. I was floored but my daughter asked me not to say anymore. Soooo she bought 2 pairs of pants and a top. We then walked down to Macys and tried them on. (Thank you Macys) One pair was too big so had to go back to Garage to exchange them. She likes the clothes, but the service……terrible! If this were my business I would not want these people working for me.

Clothes were cute a little pricy but good material . I tried on some things in the dressing room and came out to ask my aunt what she thought . One of the girls was nice enough to see if they had a size up in a pair of jeans for me in the back. As I was walking back to the fitting room there was 2 girls , one looked me up and down and said “ oh never mind just joking “ and looked back at the other girl . So Obvious they thought I was going to walk out with the freaking outfit on lol, I should have said something but I just let it go. I felt really uncomfortable, plus I was standing right there I did not even go far , why the hell would I leave my shoes purse and other clothes in the fitting room.

I literally looked everywhere for a plaid or mini skirts with crops and no store in fashion valley had none Bc it's fall / winter now but I walked into garage, and it has everything I was looking for and more! The staff was lovely and nice and exceptional customer service, the girls allowed me try on some outfits with shoes/ heels I bought elsewhere to make sure it matched along with helping me match some outfits, great experience will def me my store to go to!

Great store for teens with reasonably priced current styles. Lots of options in this well-organized store. Personable employee at register walked us through signing up with email for 10% off of first purchase and sales notifications, etc. Plan to revisit this location.

It's going to be a big no for me dawg. I wasn't going to leave this review but I've worked a ton of retail jobs and didn't have to be taught to not be an absolute tool to customers. I get it this is probably your first job but it likely isn't your managers and they should teach you how to politely approach customers. The girl here literally cornered me after greeting me. It was wildly uncomfortable. After I told her I was just checking it out, she proceeded to run me though a ton of useless information. Then she looked me up and down and said our full length shirts are in the back. Girl please check your crappy brows before you come at me for anything. Please just no honey. Save your time and money. This is a rip off brandy with an extra serving of attitude and entitlement.

Super cute clothes and average prices, nothing super expensive but falls in the range of urban outfitter prices. Would've bought something but the girls working there tonight (Sunday) were awful. When my friend and I went in we were completely ignored. We went in not too late, probably an hour till close so I get cleaning and starting to get ready to close but they immediately turned off the music hinting they were closing at that moment. Also when my friend and I were walking out we over heard the employees laughing saying "yeah kick them out". Maybe they were having an off day or they had some rude customers prior but wow incredibly rude.

Too bad, I called to ask if I could pick it up from the store after ordering online. The staff said nothing and did n’t hang there. I can't get in on the phone. it is terrible！

Very friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. They have a small, but good variety on styles and clothing materials, but at the end of the day they didn't have my size and I wasn't down with that. They accept returns and give full refunds or credit as long as its within the time frame.
