I have been a loyal gap customer for many years but they now have changed their exchange policy to be incredibly strict. I went into stores to return something I bought online, 4 days outside of the 30 day window because this is pretty much the only gap in San Diego now. Not this stores fault but inconvenient at times. The girl gives me the run around that I can’t return, her system won’t let her and here is a bag to return by mail. So I immediately go online to return and their site is extremely limited and blocks me saying no longer available to return. I’ve bought items from gap for so many years I have never even had to think about the return window because they’ve had great customer service to accommodate. I will think twice before I ever shop gap again now that I haven’t been able to return these clothes that don’t even fit me. Money lost by me and a life long customer lost for gap.

Very clean well organized store and the employees were very friendly. Not sure how much longer this location will be at this outlets location. There were hardly any stores still open for business.

Warning: be very careful when ordering gap factory online! Their return policy is super strict, has to be returned to either the gap factory store (regular gap store not allowed) or mail in. But mail in condition is they have to receive the returning item within 30 days of the items shipped out from the store. For about 5 days shipping on each way, it only gives less than 20 days from actually receiving the item to deciding to return it. The representative is SO STRICT that even one day of delay is not allowed! I will not buy from gap factory online anymore!
