I am very upset about the last experience I had in the storeI went through 5 days of a refund in December, I thought they had the refund policy throughout January, I wanted an exchange or card to redeem later and they gave me my card but not for the total of my ticket because the price had gone down (not I was asking for cash back)Although what they stole from me is little, it doesn't seem fair to me because I did pay in full, if it had been more expensive they wouldn't have given me more money ?. It's not the amount it's the action ?

The manager here is so judgemental. Just because I'm not wearing expensive clothes and from a different country she thinks I'm stealing clothes that clearly have a security tag on them and would alarm the whole store. Why in the heck would I do that? I'm a good person
