An employee whose name was Jay was super helpful and answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me even though I was asking a bit much

I came here with a problem that I had with my switch and Mark was so helpful. I hope he gets recognition from his supervisor he went above and beyond to help me leave with a working switch that day. He deserves a raise for his exceptional customer service skills and help.

A good amount of selection. The used games are very expensive. That was my only issue.
