DONT SHOP HERE they failed to explain that the purchase we were making was a complete final sale & they were completely rude when we tried returning it less than 24 hrs after the purchase with the receipt , then customer service lied and took 3 months to answer our questions and kept hanging up when they stated they would provide us with written information.

My wife went in there last week with her sister, guy named Juan treated them like absolute crap and had a condescending attitude. It was so bad they bought a switch and returned it 5 min later dude has a problem and he's lucky I was not present. Better off going to plaza or Eastlake.

Employees only need to wear masks, as per CDC guidelines. Take your business elsewhere. Employees today thought they were above CDC guidelines and proceeded to tell me the game I was looking for was not out yet, yet it was released on the 26th. Lazy, and rude for no reason. I'm going to make sure those two rude employees I ran into get dealt with.

Could have been 5 stars if the manager wasn't doing assumptions about your Membership during trade-ins. Took 8 good games and got less than $35 store credit, that's the good part and no complains there, but every 2 games was asking me "Do you have a membership with us?"... The owner seen me there before and purchased tons from the store. Maybe he was having a bad morning? IDK but the manager's can be a j*** from time to time.

I’m literally outside and it’s 8:15pm. The doors are closed and the two employees are just standing there. The store hours says it closes at 9pm. WHAT THE HELL.
