DONT SHOP HERE they failed to explain that the purchase we were making was a complete final sale & they were completely rude when we tried returning it less than 24 hrs after the purchase with the receipt , then customer service lied and took 3 months to answer our questions and kept hanging up when they stated they would provide us with written information.

Without putting a finger on it, but some employees stand out from others for radiating an attitude that lacks kindness... on some occasions I have had to check to see if these (2) aforementioned employees are not there because honestly when I have bought with them they have certain shopping experiences have become uncomfortable (which is kind of silly because you don't even spend 2 minutes paying).
It's funny that there are other comments that even allude to an employee making racist comments and I wouldn't be surprised if this is the reason why I've received indifferent attitudes...
