Even though they open at 9am they refuse to answer phones and their customer service is terrible. If they don’t want to work then they should leave and be homeless.

The girl who works there was flirting with my husband and she was with my son. We really felt uncomfortable. Take care of your husbands because she almost put her underwear on his ear.

I didn’t like my experience today, I went in to buy some cards and the cashier Dominque asked for my phone number and then my ID instead of just putting it in myself. I’ve never had to do that before. Bad customer service I think. 👎🏽👎🏽

wasted my time. I ordered a pickup for a new Switch game, but when I received it, the physical game box was unsealed and just taped shut. This doesn’t guarantee that the game card is new—it could have been previously owned. However, the staff was kind and took the time to explain the situation to me, so I’ll give her a good review.

It has been many years since I went into a GameStop but wow had I missed it. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the friendliest of employees who was not only very kind but she was also very knowledgeable. Pointed out the sales and deals and then let me enjoy browsing at my leisure. The store is also very well stocked in new and used games and accessories.

Had a lot of bad experiences with GameStops before but this one is good it’s closer to my house & they allow me to bring my wiener dog in there which is a big plus pet friendly.

I 100% recommend this GameStop!!
They are quite stocked with games and souvenirs.
Also, the treatment of the girl who was there that day was super friendly, she even spoke Spanish!!
