I came to re-fuse an anklet I had fused on elsewhere. They were so kind, patient and then meticulous about getting it just right for me. The shop is lovely and clean. Would absolutely come back!

The store is cute but my bracelet only lasted 1 year. I understand permanent jewelry doesn’t mean it will last foreverrr but it should last longer than that for the price! I had to get it fixed twice and when I went in the second time the associate ended up accidentally snapping it even further. They said the metal naturally stretches out and weakens with wear. They offered 40% off a new one but why would I want to purchase a product that I was disappointed in? The associates were both very nice, but the owner ultimately decided to give me the discount instead of a complimentary replacement with a stronger chain. Overall bummed with the result and not impressed with the quality.

Great experience at Fuze! I got my first permanent bracelet here over two years ago, and it’s still in great condition. They have a great selection of high quality pieces and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process is so fun and easy, I’m addicted!! I’ve gotten multiple bracelets and anklets from Fuze and absolutely love them all. Also very reasonable pricing for the high quality of jewelry. I would highly recommend Fuze for all of your jewelry needs!

I bought a solid gold ear ring as a gift. It had poor manufacturing quality and really weak design to the price. We just realised when I gave it to my wife, that the ring part was not perfectly welded and there was a weak point at the middle. I needed to take it to a manufacturer to fix it before use.

Love Fuze! I have multiple permanent bracelets from them, some I've had for over a year and they still look as good as the day I got them! They're incredible quality plus I love the staff at Fuze! Always so friendly and helpful. Many of my family members now have their own Fuze bracelets and love them as well!

A tradition my two daughters and I have is when we are on vacation we get a piece of jewelry to commemorate the trip. I surprised them with permanent jewelry from Fuze. We chose a gold filled essential bracelet chain at $90. The entire process was simple, easy and the gal that helped us was so friendly, knowledgeable and soft spoken. She was great and turns out she is a student at SDSU where my daughter also attends. We enjoyed our experience at Fuze! One of the reasons why I chose it is that one daughter lives in LA while the other daughter lives in SD. Fuze has two locations, LA and SD so if anything happens to their bracelets, they can get it repaired at each of their cities. The bracelet has a six month warranty.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I booked an appointment at fuze for my best friend and I to get fixed together for her birthday! The girls were so kind and friendly, the store was clean and aesthetically pleasing. It was fast and enjoyable. Already booking my next appointment to get fuzed with my mom and sister. Such a great gift and special thing to do with loved ones. I got a gold bracelet! Neesa was the girl that fuzed us too, such a sweet gal!

I got a permanent necklace and two rings my first time in. I am pretty indecisive, and Neesa was great about walking me through all the options that would fit my taste (while staying in my price range). The vibe of the shop is super cute & I appreciate the easygoing and helpful experience I had here!

I've gone here a couple times already and only have positive things to say about my experience. I think the service was amazing. Every encounter I've had with Nissa was always so professional and welcoming. With all the permanent jewelry places I've gone to, this is by far my favorite to revisit. I have an anklet, ring, & bracelet (on my bf) from here. Aside from service, I love that they have the option of filled and solid gold. Most permanent jewelry places only offer filled, some even plated (absolutely run if they offer plated). I always advise to opt for solid if you can afford it. If you get any anklets or bracelets make sure you can comfortably flex with space, especially for those who gym and wear wrist wraps and whatnot. We've had to refuse a bracelet bc it wasn't loose enough. I've recommended this place countless times, even strangers at Trader Joe's ask where I get my permanent jewelry cuz it just shines soooo different. I love it! Hopefully they can add more solid gold styles soon so I can add to my stacks

My husband and I made an appointment and went to Fuze for permanent jewelry in March 2023. It was the last "date" we had together before he left on a deployment. We both really enjoyed our experience and loved what permanent jewelry symbolizes even when two people are apart.My jewelry has held up really well. My husband's broke less than six months after he got it. I called in August (FIVE months after we got our jewelry, to be clear) to let Fuze know that his bracelet broke, because they offer a free "refuze" warranty for jewelry broken within six months of purchase. When the employee asked when we wanted to come in to have it refused, I explained to her that he was deployed until October and we could come after that. She said she could not honor the warranty and we would have to pay for the jewelry to be refused. Besides the fact that they simply do not honor their warranty policy, I find it really disappointing that they offer a military discount but aren't willing to schedule appointments for jewelry broken within the six-month warranty period when someone deployed. Super bummed about this and wish we had a better experience with Fuze.

I booked an appointment at fuze and the customer service and atmosphere was above what I anticipated!! Neesa was the sweetest and very helpful. There were so many chain options to choose from and me being so indecisive she never made me feel rushed. I opted to got for a permanent bracelet and 2 rings. I've had them for about 6 months now and wear them everyday and they STILL look BRAND NEW! Definitely will go back again and get some more!!

The girl who helped us was super nice and friendly. Although I did find her super helpful, and I know this isn't her fault it's the owners faults but it made me super uncomfortable when the tip option came up, didn't realize I was expected to tip after already dishing out $500 on two dainty little anklets that probs aren't worth that much. My anxiety had me hit 10% which was $50 and it was not something I had taken into account when planning to go get jewelry that day. Again no fault of the girl. Besides that the anklets are super cute and were for my husbands and mine 1 year anniversary. Regardless of the shock we had when it asked us to tip it was still a fun little memory and I'm happy with my purchase.
