“The Fruit Stand has the best produce around! This place gets most of its fruit and vegetables from San Diego County so it is FRESH as fresh can be. Most of the products are organically grown or at least pesticide-free as well. Cheaper than a farmer's market and more variety.Some items they carry are: broccoli, lettuce, carrots, string beans, radishes, potatoes, strawberries, cilantro, cucumbers, raspberries, corn ears, apples, oranges, snap peas, avocados, onions, ginger, mangoes, pomegranate, passion fruit, guavas, spinach, eggs, blueberries, blackberries among many others.”
“I love this little place. The selection is small but the fruit and vegetables are fresh and fantastic to the taste. Its a strange little store with odd offerings of canned goods, bakery products, produce and plants. They have a pretty good nut selection as well. They are not cheap but the quality may be worth it to you.”

“A supermarket in Mira Mesa, San Diego, offering fresh vegetables/ fruits, groceries, meat, milk, eggs, kitchen & cooking items, bakery and small pharmacy.
Wonderful lay- out, spacious aisles, well stocked items, well decorated.Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Suggest to increase categories of home groceries, include Tea and spices for local residents.
Customers' observation on closure of some check outs stations at afternoon, and the resultant delay effect on them should be resolved ASAP.”
“Very clean supermarket, lots of parking. Service is always excellent esp from the fresh seafood section who cleans your fresh fish, to service from cashiers, and esp the service from the cooked food section selling whole duck, BBQ pork, dimsum, etc. The cooked Chinese food is so delicious, (they have a better chef). Get a 1-item, 2-item or 3-item combo. Also, they have bento boxes of hot food from $10.99 - $11.99 - all delicious. This has become my favorite place to shop. Highly recommend.
(Note: Also, as you enter the store, there is a food court on the right side serving fried chicken, pho soup, and other hot Korean dishes).”

“An A+ #1 grocery resource. There are a dozen nearby markets. However, the available selection, quality, and value at ALDI's are incomparable. Rarely is there a need to make price comparisons or wonder if a product is worth trying. Every department offers the best items at the lowest cost. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and returns, if needed, are easy. The policy of using a quarter to use a cart keeps the carts on the premises - not out in the neighborhood - and helps maintain a reduced operating overhead.”

“Cute place, reminds me of Barron's... However their deli is cold. Like cold potato wedges. I guess you're supposed to take it home and warm it up... reheated potato wedges?? It's laid out beautifully and everyone in the deli is nice and helpful”

“Pretty quick loading. Victor, a loader, is awesome. I arrived at 8am, was told they were waiting for tomatoes to be certified. I had to wait 3 hours to get loaded”
