The customer service here is great. The pharmacist actually caught an error on my prescription and clarified it with the physician. They deliver my meds on time and for free. No complaints from me or my wife.

Sadly have to give this Pharmacy a one star as after speaking to the pharmacist today I am livid. This is the second time they sent me a drug subscription but with a different manufacturer without at least asking me what current brand I take . Especially for my anti rejection medicine changing a drug manufacture requires that I be monitored and take lab work more frequently to make sure I don't have any issues with the switch over. Thank god I caught this myself and talked with my doctors who managed the transition . Today they did the same thing with my atrovastatin changed the manufacture and I have been having spikes in blood pressure that can be life threatening since I started the new medicine brand . When I asked the Pharmacist or possibly have their Reps ask. a client what brands they are taking or even make a note in my chart do that people are aware of my sensitivities of medicine brand changes aka I'm a liver transplant patient ,in the future to prevent such miscommunication and issues, his response " we are not required by California law " to ask that. So my life is irrelevant and they buy the cheapest generic drugs they can find and dispense at will I switched pharmacist immediately never use them again .

WORST PHARMACY EVER! I was told that it would be a 15 or 20 minute wait, here it is 45 minutes later and they are still not done. If I would have known that it would take so long I would have went elsewhere to begin with. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW.

I asked what brand generic they have for my condition because all generics are different. They wouldn't disclose that over the phone. You can't tell me over the phone what I'm potentially putting in my body? You only find out when you get the medicine. I had called maybe two months earlier and the person on the phone happily told me the generics available. They weren't the generics that work, and they said to call back in a couple of months to see what was available. So either the person on the phone didn't know what they were talking about or there was a change in policy. I've found an independent pharmacist in downtown that will not only tell me the generics they have, but also the generics available to be ordered. THAT'S a helpful pharmacy.

Excellent pharmacy. Customer service is top notch. We get lots of meds and they are great in helping us stay on track with the doses changing all the time and the constant refills. Super nice from the pharmacist to the front desk workers. We are a complicated customer and they helped out so much in transferring everything from another pharmacy that wasn't performing. The delivery service is amazing. Thank you Frost Pharmacy.

Frost pharmacy is very efficient, top notch customer service. Independent pharmacy - which is what I want. No more riteaidewalgreenscvs bad service and attitude for my family. Plus don't we want to support small business? Came here when someone was hospitalized at sharp memorial across the street. Drifted back to chain pharmacy until they were rude once too many times. Remembered Frost (formerly medical center pharmacy). Don't be intimidated by parking structure/closed weekends. They deliver. This is a pharmacy not a minimart. Give it a try. Ps you will never be on hold a long time. They will always follow thru on prior authorizations. They are always polite. Clean store, Restroom.

They are very friendly and always get your perscription correct. They have other things like chips and drinks and if you are a Radys employee then you get a small discount. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer at this Pharmacy for 10+ years and the customer service is excellent. The fought for me when the insurance didn't want to pay for certain medications and got approved. When I couldn't afford to pay for my medicine, they still made sure I had it until I could do better. Frost /Medical Pharmacy has been a real blessing to me. Thank you and God bless you all.

Where do I even start with the satisfaction I receive from the entire staff at Frost! From Alicia to Cecelia to Norma and especially to Angie! They all go out of their way to quick and professional! Even offering me delivery or pickup! Angie, I would lose my head if it wasn't for her reminder calls and research to get me the lowest cost. I previously had to deal with another mail order pharmacy and the hours and headaches were just exhausting. Frost Medical Pharmacy does it right! LOVE THIS PLACE!
