This review is 3 month late and before that another 2 years late atleast .. Ivan is the Best !, hes so helpful that i literally only go to him for as many years as i can remember, before he became manager. i gladly travel to get everything sorted by him since hes helped me always..instead of dealing with puras fallas at other locations...if it wasn't for him id prolly wouldn't be a 10year loyal F.L. client.

Disrespectful & unprofessional. Discussed a quote over the phone a day before. Lady said to arrive the next day between 1-2pm. Arrived at 1:30pm. Business hours say on the door they close at 2pm. We start walking up to the door a girl comes up and starts locking the door in our face. We told her about the quote and that someone told us to head over between 1-2pm. She mentioned she had to close 30min prior because she had someone training. Told us to go to another location. Saying that the owner doesn't allow her to get overtime. Save your time & money. Do not come here!

Was waiting for 20 minutes after opening time . No one was there , a staff member arrived and I asked if they were going to open , she mentioned she was only to the bank and returning , it is 9:46 am and she has not returned . Another 3 customers left due to this , this is really bad customer service and bad for the image of Fred loya to hire irresponsible personnel such as this.

I went to this location to make my payment at 5:10 pm. The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not even greet me. She just said we're closed. I always go there after 5pm beacause their hours are from 9am to 6pm. They have 6 desks available, but only one person running that place. They should hire more staff and more polite people.
