Horrible customer service! The manager Evelia Rodriguez is unprofessional, rude and literally almost threw me out of the office on 1/09/23 II walked in the office to add a vehicle, and instead she froze my account because she said she was the manager in that location and that she basically ran the show there! Now i am struggling to unfreeze my account and to add my new vehicle !

was with them for 1 year... at first it was great , but the ppl at this branch, are very moody. you are never greeted with a hi or a smile.they have 6 desk and 1 person in the office some times i just waited 40 min to pay my bill. had two different situations at this branch where they did not do there job, and made me lose out on my towing credit, then they pointed fingers between themselfs, and the claim department. moved to geico, cheaper less hassle... not recommendedthis branch in san ysidro

This place takes very long to get you coverage. Over an hour. Also if you make a mistake standby for a long process to get a document reprinted. They will charge a fee if you intend to add to insurance or update your insurance.
