Came here to do a simple payment and Only one staff was on duty. She told me I'll be with you in about 5 mins. I was like, okay cool 5 mins. 40 mins later I'm still waiting. When it was my turn she told I couldn't do the payment. Come on you made me wait 40 mins!!!! She seemed in a bad mood aswell. Maybe if you can't handle the work put more staff ?? seriously ?? Only one staff ??? I went home and did the payment in 2 mins. This place deserves 0 stars.

I wouldn't recommend this place AT ALL!!! They lack of PROFESSIONALISM, COMMUNITY SKILLS & HONESTY. I got there before 6:00 pm and the agent told me that she will assist me shortly, never asked the reason, why I was there? Once she was done with a client (before 6:00 pm), she asked me, "How can I help you? I told her that I was there for a quote. She replied, I can't help you because we are closed, come back tomorrow". Of course, I wouldn't never go back. I am glad I haven't signed any kind of contract with this people.

After speaking with an agent and getting a quote I got there around 5. A woman working there had me wait 25 minutes for her then I was told they close at 6 and she wouldn't be able to help me.

Crooks!! This place needs to be shut down. Poor buissiness tactics and crooked settlement Staff. They dont take responsibility for there fault's. from the reviews, looks like they don't even take care of there own insured.
