Apparently 4 card readers are inoperable (there’s no sign at the pump with notification). I go inside and 3 of my cards get locked up due to the card reader outside. The cashier apparently is having a bad day and decides that the transactions are an inconvenience to her. It’s not her fault but it isn’t the customers fault either. Turns out that the card readers at the pump previously had card skimmer according to the cashier. Had she been courteous from the get go upon returning for a second refill it would have prevented my cards from being locked. She simply said “I just work here”. Whatever that meant…. She wasn’t being blamed but it would be nice if customers were notified to pay inside initially rather than to go through the issue I mentioned. Bad customer service, okay I can deal with that that’s no problem. But inserting cards where there were skimmers and no sign stating that they are inoperable is a bigger issue. Apparently pumps 9-12 have the card issue.
