The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable! The prices are also competitive. Better than on amazon! Ed and John know their stuff and are not pushy at all. I went in for protein powder and came out with knowledge! Thanks guys!

John the manager of this staff is absolutely a fountain of information and it's not about the sale but more about helping you reach what ever goal or journey you are currently on. His personal approach makes you feel like you have been friends for many years. And along with the rest of the staff this should be your one source of nutritional needs.
