Upon calling this morning, I was placed on hold and shortly afterwards they hung up on me. I was disappointed because I did not receive a call back from them. After I called them back, Diana answered the phone and said she would locate the person who was helping me. I guess no one took ownership of the call, and she informed me that she would assist me. I was already a bit upset when Diana listened to my complaint about an incorrect charge. After she told me she was going to check what had happened and call me back, I was still dissatisfied with what had happened. My concern was understood by her, and she informed me that she would discuss it with her manager and get back to me as soon as possible. Once again, she called me back. Wow, Diana has excellent customer service skills. She made things right for the customer (me) and I am pleased with the service she provided. I think she is great, and to the girl who hung up on me this morning, boo hoo! Diana is a better than you!
