Waited in a line only to be met at the desk by a rude female employee. Not only was she rude and snippy she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. The prices are too high and I certainly won't return to that location.

5 star for one of your employee that saw me in the line and tried to give the package to the driver which was outside and I literally saw him picking up the package.. and if I could give 0 star to that other employee who stop her and told her she will get a report.. really?? I run a FedEx authorize ship center. It was from good customer that she was late in dropping off our nice driver just left and I was at your door at 5:26pm. All the kiosk was helping out somebody that’s why I can’t drop off the stuff. As an owner I drive 5 miles for my customer to make sure their package make it. But you guys the driver is literally at taking packages.. me and your other employee both see him.. we ain’t blind.. but still you choose to not give it to him and put in your table even though you already saw its priority overnight.. people pay for that more expensive. No little consideration or little of sensibility specially if your driver is there. In my store when we see our driver we give him the packages coz they still scanning other packages it’s not they closed already the pick up because he is still loading his truck. Btw the price you give to your customer is way so expensive.. 40.00 FedEx authorized ship center price with already profit on it for FedEx priority overnight. You guys sale same weight 1 piece of document using FedEx envelope for Monday 3 day delivery for 49.00 wow!

I had the absolute best experience at this location. They did a great job getting to everyone as quickly as possible. The manager Lamar was gem very helpful.

I'll go out of my way to go to a different location. Lamar lost my business. I have shipped hundreds of boxes and this is the first time something like this happened to me. I put a smaller item in a large box. He broke the top of my box and said he would have to repackage it for four dollars... congrats.

Noah helped us out with printing. I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve always had a great experience but Noah helped us to have an excellent experience. He was kind and patient with our requests for printing. The pictures turned out wonderful!

Quite literally the rudest staff. I called I ask a question and they wouldn’t even let me finish before saying no. Then when I tried to follow up with a clarification question the person cut me off and said goodbye.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, EVERY TIME. EVERY TIME.Every time I need to go to Fed Ex ("need" meaning I "have to" per the return code of the store, not voluntarily), my heart drops, knowinggg I will get yet another bad experience. AND it doesn't fail!!!In addition to long lines and slow, poor service, the workers are rude and have attitude. Not all seeming to want to help and be kind.and the manager, LEWIS!!!WORST ATTITUDE.Today I saw another customer asking for soap for the restrooms. He says "we are out" in a very unsympathetic way. She had 4 kids with her, one in a wheelchair.He says they've been out for 2 weeks". TWO WEEKS?!! and you say that, as a manager, with a sly smile on your face?!!!!and when we ask him why he can't get some from CVS right next door, he says he wont pay out of his pocket cause he won't get reimbursed from the store.This is a lie. 1. As a 'manager', you should not let your store BE without soap for TWO WEEKS!2. That means all the employees, who are touching your hands and parcels, have not washed their hands in 2 weeks!!!! :((((3. To have this attitude, and refuse to even put a 'does not work' sign on the restroom door, is veryyyy disrespectable.There's more but I've said enough.HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE :(((((

Terrible service by Luis L, the store manager. Extremely poor willingness to help solve a problem caused by the fedex system. Luis, you have a lot to learn from your team members who always have a much better attitude than you do.

I ordered an item on 08/08/2023. It should have arrived on Wednesday (8/9/2023) because of overnight delivery. However, at this time, Fedex could not find my current office address even though I have ordered hundreds of times with the current office address for the last 3 years. The item is time sensitive and temperature sensitive. But, they failed to deliver. I asked for the pick-up option. I don't know when I can pick it up. So disappointing!!! Even one star is too good.

Lamar is a horrible employee with zero emotional intelligence, cannot simply cut papers without getting annoyed that someone needs his help . He will be reviewed and will have a complaint on his record . As a "manager" of a company who if you died today , they would replace you tomorrow, I didn't think he would want that . Yet here we are . The whole neighborhood hates these soggy ham sandwich employees. The "reviews" speak for itself .
