Seriously the nastiest employees I have ever dealt with. I’m not sure who’s training them but you need to do a better job because this is just pathetic. The employee started aggressively shaking my package when I dropped it off to end up asking what was inside. Had I had something fragile inside he would’ve broken it. Awful customer service I will never be coming back. Will only go to UPS where they are actually helpful and kind.

Got here at 9:35am and the store sign said open but the door was locked and lights were off. Disappointing

Unlike the other people’s experiences, mine was great. I was shipping eight different packages of varying weights and values and received quite a lot of assistance and personalized service. The parking isn’t great, but I lucked out and got a spot right in front of the store, in the middle of the day. The employees were kind and helpful. I’ve been to mediocre locations, but this wasn’t one of them

You guys should be more respectful of the roads and how you park. A driver blocked the street and was hanging out. The driver could have parked a bit more forward and not cut traffic. Not ok.

Today I needed to print my resume and this was the only local place open. Keenan helped me print via email since I didn't have a flashdrive. I also picked up some paper sleeves for a good price. In and out in 5 minutes.

This review is for Mike specifically. 1000 Star service. Both on the phone and in person, he was the most helpful and kind person I have ever dealt with at any FedEx or any mail service for that matter.

This Fed Ex store gets bad reviews for a reason. First of all , the parking is tough. Right in the heart of La Jolla. I went in there to mail a package to my mom for mother’s day last minute since I just found out yesterday that she is too sick for me to visit her. I needed some help picking out a box that would fit my package, and the girl there was so rude to me and refused to help me. She pointed to the boxes and said I could pay her to pack it, but I was on my own. I even told her how distressed I was hearing this news about my mom and she still was cold as ice and refused to be kind and help me. I needed to get this package out ASAP otherwise I would of left right then. I was the only customer in there, and she was the only one working so I couldn’t ask for anyone else to help me. I will NEVER go back here, and don’t recommend you do unless you like being treated horribly which I can’t imagine you wouod!

The lady that works there always gives me a terrible attitude. She kicked me out while trying to print and make copies because she wanted to go to lunch. This is not the first time she has given lousy customer service. I use this store all the time, and it makes me feel uneasy going in there when she's working because she has the worst attitude.

Just sat down on a bench on Herschel to write this review as I had walked a mile down to this FedEx to make copies to email. It is closed. A sign is in the window that it randomly closed at 5p, not 8p as advertised. It is 5:09p and google still shows it as being open. I checked before walking down so this is all on this FedEx for not changing their status. Will try to find a more reliable place to do business.

I’m not sure when this location is actually open. Anytime we’ve come during the listed open hours, they are closed. We call and no answer. The phone just rings. Please update your real hours of operation.

Store was closed before 8pm and it says online and on the front door "open til 8pm". Thank you for wasting my time on a last minute project I needed complete.
