Bad customer service. Reached @ 6:59pm after work on Thursday (02/22/24) and Ryan (FedEx rep) won’t take the package as he claimed he had to close the store @ 7pm. Also rep was OK to send back 2 customers. FedEx hope you are hearing these comments.

This is my favorite FedEx specifically because of Ryan! He is always so helpful and such a delight to work with. I know if he’s involved it’s going to go smoothly and I’m going to be happy with whatever he helped with!

I always come here to drop off my FedEx packages. It’s fast and easy. They have a self help kiosk that scans your packages and prints a receipt if you desire

They did an amazing job but Maria deserves a raise. She will go above and beyond to help customers in the most professional and effective way. I recommend this place for your printing projects, they were accurate, punctual and had the best prices comparing to others around.

Worst service ever. I am expecting a delivery at home from my work all day only to find a door tag on my door at the end of the day. I pulled up my Ring doorbell recording to see how I could have missed this delivery only to see the delivery man approached my front porch with the door tag that they missed me without ringing the doorbell at all! No wonder I didn't go to the door. Got a notification on my work email that FEDEX will make another attempt today. I called FEDEX, spoke with a service rep to sign up for notification also logged on to FEDEX website for notification so that I won't miss the delivery. Also stood by my front door for two hours waiting for my package. One hour and 30 mins during my wait, I received a text message stating that a final delivery attempt was made today, Friday. Frustrating!!! The delivery has not happened! I received an email notification at my work that they will attempt another on Monday. I ended up calling FEDEX again this time to pick up the package myself. What's up with this courier?????

They downsized their tables by the printers from 2 tables to one. Less room to do paperwork on. Now we can no longer do what we need to do there. So that means less business from us now.

I rarely leave negative reviews as I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and because one "bad" day doesn't represent a business as a whole, but my experience at FedEx Mira Mesa has been nothing short of traumatic.I in the middle copying and printing many legal documents, and there had been a glitch in the system so I was just waiting for the printer to refresh. I was cut off by an employee named Elizabeth who ambushed me and proceeded to just oust me out of my spot to use the machine for another white client. I told her that I was still in the middle of my printing job - mind you, there had been less than a minute or waiting time and Elizabeth just proceeded to take over the space and copied some documents for another customer even though my card had been on file. I didn't want to engage so i just went to speak to a supervisor to ask for assistance on finishing my job and informed him that I had been cut off my Elizabeth.Elizabeth knew she had acted poorly and was glaring at me while I was speaking to the supervisor. She then proceeded to interrupt my conversation with the supervisor to berate and verbally harass me with the intent of further aggravating a customer. I pointed out there's CCTV footage.The supervisor asked Elizabeth to step aside and had to physically gesture for her to restrain herself - but Elizabeth kept on going. She was rabid and on a mission. When I started to record this entire escalation on video she hid as she was caught on video. Thereafter I continue my conversation with the supervisor and a Gen ZEmployee cuts me off and tell me I should shut up and stop complaining as I'm giving her "bad vibes" Andmake her "sick to her stomach". So essentially, with the exception of the supervisor, everyone in this branch is looking to fight their customers. So, if you're a person of color or an immigrant and see an older woman with long hair, it's suggested that you finish your business elsewhere. Elizabeth is the epitome of racism and harassment and it's 2023.

I needed to do some scanning of documents and send it to an email account.They only had one machine and fellow people that were in queue are super friendly, as the staff saw there is a line for printing and came and helped with anything that they could support via the machine behind the counter.Rob has been extremely helpful and patient.I ended up having to send a bulky document, and he helped me to make sure the document doesn't get wet and patient with the process.
