Slowest service ever!
One person for a huge venue. Very long lines.
I had to wait in line for over 30 min for a receipt of a shipment that I did on their “skip the line machine” because it did not print a receipt. So ultimately there is really no way one could not skip the line!
Very inconvenient.

I had to ship a guitar across the nation and Angie was amazing taking care of the packaging and securing it. She deserves a raise for sure. I definitely made her day harder.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! All the recent 1 Star reviews speak for themselves, this is by far the worst FedEx Office location I’ve EVER visited in terms of customer service. Beware, they WILL nickel and dime you!

The FedEx driver deliver a damaged auto part and we have to return back through FedEx . The ship label is prepaid by vendor. When our tech try to drop off and the store clerk refuse to take and want to charge additional fee for pack. Even this package is solid packed.

Worst customer service! Been told that I need to fill up my box because it could be collapsed. Deliver drivers need to be gentle to all packages instead of asking customers to well pack boxes. What a great new rule to protect rude delivery guys and teach them not to take any responsibility to packages. Btw, they charge $4 for helping you fill up the box.

Paid 50.30 dollars for an overnight delivery. Person at the front desk assured me that if package did not arrive on time, I will get a refund. The package did not arrive on time and I was told I can not get a refund because there was an "attempt to deliver on time" which is not true because this package did not even need a signature and the driver left it outside the next day. (a day late) If there was really "an attempt to deliver" the driver could have just left the package outside as he did next day. I am still waiting for them to answer my claim, but this is a nightmare. Do not use this service unless you are willing to lose your money if not delivered on time.

Bad customer service. Reached @ 6:59pm after work on Thursday (02/22/24) and Ryan (FedEx rep) won’t take the package as he claimed he had to close the store @ 7pm. Also rep was OK to send back 2 customers. FedEx hope you are hearing these comments.

This is my favorite FedEx specifically because of Ryan! He is always so helpful and such a delight to work with. I know if he’s involved it’s going to go smoothly and I’m going to be happy with whatever he helped with!

They did an amazing job but Maria deserves a raise. She will go above and beyond to help customers in the most professional and effective way. I recommend this place for your printing projects, they were accurate, punctual and had the best prices comparing to others around.
