I sent a cell phone out and somehow the tracking got mixed up. The thing magically disappeared. Dane even though he was busy with other things found out what was going on and got it resolved. Just had to stay patient, persistent , and respectful. Things worked out.

I sent something to be printed at this FedEx location at 6am this morning. Immediately upon pressing purchase, I realized I made a mistake in the document and called the FedEx number that was given if you needed to make a change. I was informed that it was too early to make a change, and that I needed to call back at 8am. I called back at 8:01am, and was informed that it was now too late to make a change to the document as it had already been printed. So I go ahead and pay another $32.59 to have the document printed again. When I arrived at the location I asked very politely if there was anything they could do about this situation. Two young employees, one with gauges in his ears (I did not catch their names), were extremely kind and were trying to see if there was anything they could do about the mistake. In the middle of problem solving, an older gentleman, I assume a manager, came out from the back and said there wasn't anything they could do about it as it had already been printed. As this conversation was happening, I noticed their receipts for both transactions said $43.10 and not $32.59 as my confirmation email states. The manager informed me that he wasn't sure why it was different. That I needed to go home and check my credit card statement, and if there was a discrepancy I could come back to have it changed. The older gentleman was quite rude and had no empathy for my situation. Especially since the papers I paid for were flyers for a pet of ours that is missing. I would like to thank the other two employees who were working and who at least made me feel like they were sorry for the error that transpired today. If someone was promoted to a level of being a manager, I wish they at least had a bit more professionalism when dealing with difficult situations.

Abel to get in and out quickly, which is can be tough at some locations. Lots of Printers, computers to use etc

Guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and refused to help me package my return that just needed some additional packing in the box. I ended up leaving to go to another FedEx. It seems like a common issue with FedEx and hiring the rudest people ever.

Dana was exceptional, I was shipping 5 boxes Coast to coast, from San Diego CA to East Coast and Dana was super courteous, patient with my questions, explaining everything thoroughly. He was kind and pleasant. Shipping is mostly a stressful experience and Dana made the experience great!

Perfect delivery of 3 large boxes. Containing film, family photos, albums 35 mm slides, audio and video tape. Electronic instruments. Our family history of 4 generations shipped coast to coast in a controlled environment.

They are not friendly and nobody is willing to help. Went to print a document and it took 30 minutes because the machine won't accept the corporate code and nobody was willing to help. It seems nobody knows what they are doing.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while because I live around the corner and never have a great experience. But this time was the worst. I’m trying to print something of an unusual size. I was told last time I was here to email it to myself so that I could come in-person to have it printed the way I want it. I did that and the email kept sending an error message when trying to forward to FedEx. The older man working with me just said I have to go home to do it, which is frustrating to be running all over town.The staff act like your a nuisance and are not very helpful. Don’t use this location.
