Photo poster for my grandson's first birthday came out great and customer service was fantastic! Matt and James were both very helpful and went out of their way to refund me for the first poster I ordered in the wrong size. Definitely recommend this location!

I can't say enough great things about the team here (Store 2700) - anytime I need ANYTHING for our company (tradeshows, last minute print needs, banners, etc), James and the rest of the FedEx team are so responsive, kind and are quick to help me get it all done and well! They even coordinate with other national locations so we can get print needs accomplished efficiently and we can pick up our materials where we are going to be - which makes life so much easier. Thank you all SO much for constantly being a consistent partner for me, I've very grateful. :)

Man, taking a second to check reviews really can make a DRAMATIC difference.Drove further away to come to this specific location. I bought something on ebay. The seller took the package to this store to ship it to me. He told them that I was going to place a hold on the package. Person at the store placed a restriction on the shipment that prevented me from holding the package at location. Also, my vacation hold did not apply due to the restriction. I called Fedex and got a person that was more interested in talking over me than actually listening to my questions and responding to what I was saying. She then told me "I told you 3 times". Very rude and not at all customer service oriented. They should record their calls so they could hear how she spoke to me. I have a business account and am thinking of moving my business to UPS in the future.

Steve was amazing! He really helped us with our package. We had an oddly shaped item, and he boxed it up for us and helped create a custom package. He didn't have to help us that much, but he really went out of his way to go the extra mile and go above and beyond for us. Thank you Steve!

I came to the Fedex at the Hazard Center to print some documents. As soon as I was having trouble, Steve came up to me and made sure I was okay. He helped me get my printing code and showed me how to print everything.Steve was super kind and welcoming. I really appreciate how helpful he was! He definitely is someone who cares and works hard.

This is my favorite FedEx store. There's a dolly right inside the door that can be used for large packages since parking near the door is scarce. Everyone is friendly and has no issue providing a shipping receipt. The one time I had an problem trying to return ship two heavy boxes (I only received one shipping label) they were very understanding, and helped me take the packages back to my car and loaded them in.

These folks are impressive, especially for a major corporate store. Employees are fast, eager to help, and incredibly friendly. Wishing other big corporations could figure out how to hire folks like this.
