I had an international package to send. The computers were not processing intl packages due to some strike. Anyways they kept the package until the next day. Then I had to sign some docs to send. I have an account but somehow the billing did not show on my account until 5 days later. Don't know what's happening but I was not thrilled

I stayed at the Sheraton San Diego this weekend for a conference and was under a great deal of pressure and stress, with little time to get everything necessary done in order to make 2 presentations. FedEx at the Sheraton San Diego made it incredibly easy for me to get my documents printed, both days of the conference, and they were pleasant, professional, friendly and inexpensive! Really great job. Both employees I dealt with were very sweet and helpful and took a weight off of my shoulders. Thank you, FedEx!
