I can’t believe this place has anything less than 5 stars. I rarely write reviews, especially for big national chains but I have been meaning to write this one for a while because I truly can’t believe how consistently amazing the service is here. I’ve been probably more than 50 times in the 7 years I’ve owned my business and never once have I had bad service! Everyone goes above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and never makes me feel like an inconvenience. Even the newest members of the team. Today I was helped by Tim and Angelical but I could have written this about anyone there! I wish every experience I had at businesses like this were this good.

We print our flyers and posters for local drag shows here every month. The staff is always so helpful and nice. Sometimes the machines get jammed or we need help loading certain paper sizes/weights and they are always patient and willing to give us a hand! Thank you so much.

We ordered a rush print job from this fedex to be ready the next day. Our print job was ready but with a slight error. Steven and all the other employees at the store did everything in their power to rectify the situation and made sure we left happy. Great customer service.

This review is for the print center. This FedEx location has the best print center of all the FedExes in San Diego, period. I have sent many different jobs here and the deliverables are always completed with impeccable quality, and often early. I have also used the self print machines and it’s so easy, I can be in and out in literally two minutes. The associates are super helpful and kind. I have printed at other FedExes, and discovered that they really vary from location to location. I’m grateful to live close to this one!

Front desk at Shipping area are lazy. They're not helpful and are upset at me for not having a printed label when trying to ship something. 2 people gave me an attitude for having to type it up themselves which took only a minute

Ashleigh’s service was absolutely incredible! she was very helpful throughout the whole process and walked me through exactly what i needed to do! would definitely give her a 10/10. you guys have an amazing employee on your hands!

I had a fantastic experience with FedEx in Hillcrest, and I can't thank Steve and Caesar enough for their outstanding service. I called last week just before closing with a last-minute printing request, and Steve assured me they could help, even when other stores couldn't meet the tight deadline. When I picked up my order, Caesar was there to assist, and he even helped with some last minute tweaks. Big thanks to the team for their commitment to excellent customer service and meeting tight deadlines. I highly recommend this FedEx location.

I tried calling for support and got directed to a call center in India. They refused to direct me to my local San Diego store. Very frustrating. They would not help me with scheduling a package delivery. Don’t use fedex

The phrase “The driver made an attempt to deliver at your location” is a lie. I was sitting next to the door and nobody knocked. They left a slip to say they made an attempt, which is a lie.They might as well pay me money as neither myself or the delivery drivers are doing this job. Just go to UPS or even USPS.

Parking is extremely limited. I was harassed because I didn't have proof of my current address (driver license didn't match current address). Denied package. The package had been bought off Amazon and the company chose FedEx to ship. The drivers were too lazy to call me using the apartment directory, instead just dropped off stickers. I never saw the stickers because I use the back gate, and my manager had to bring them to me. So I went online and held the package to be placed at a store. That was on Thu 10/27. I went in on Sunday 10/29 and was told the package was not there. I went in today 10/30 and was denied because I didn't have proof of address. I believe this is harassment. If I have proof of the tracking number and my license says who I am, I should not have to provide additional evidence of my residence. These idiots are not the government, not a landlord, not some company doing background checks. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT USE FEDEX. THEY ARE THE WORST.
