My comment is that a few days ago they did not deliver a package to my address, they delivered it somewhere else and when I went to ask about my package they told me that they did not know anything, on other occasions the same thing has happened

I go here often to drop off medical samples to ship and customer support is sometimes hit or miss with me having to get someone's attention for help with shipping. Anyway I had a rush foam poster I needed printed as a rush order. The print store up the street wanted to charge $40 extra for the rush. I emailed the print after they closed and it was ready by noon the next day.I did need help with cutting a hole in the poster and they said it was against store policy to give customers exacto knifes so I had to borrow some scissors.

One of the most honest customer service out there, I know I only came here for printing in the past, but once in a while I do try to use other services from them, I found out that they don't have postal stamps at this location, but they do ship internationally, and for $100 you can ship a greeting card to Vietnam, so you would rather go to a regular office to a more traditional ways of sending your letter, I still surprise that their prices are among the highest compare to DHL which is $87, and post office about $44, so next time bundle your package and don't do it like me, or you won't save any money.

(OCT 2022)I really needed to print a document and spent almost an hour round trip walking out of my way to this location, only to find this sign slapped in the window and the store closed.I wish companies in general would take the small amount of time to update hours online (especially during this volatile time) - it is extremely frustrating having to constantly call ahead or risk wasting time and money (parking, etc.)

I can't say enough good things about the service and staff here. I found myself in a pinch and needing a poster printed up. Everyone was very accommodating and created a very nice poster for me.

Fedex is a terrible and unreliable company. I had ordered something to be sent in the mail through Fedex and they took about a month and half and the the people I talked to on the phone were not helpful. Don't use Fedex.

Its is a nice small office. It has 3 computer terminals. One one is available as of 16th of Oct, 2020. Be aware of parking fees.

If you enter through the Manchester Hyatt, this can be a little tricky to find: after you enter the hotel from Market Street, make a left towards the Harbor Tower, then make a right then the hallway into the Harbor Tower, and the FedEx will be to your left. Once you find it, expect a smooth experience with friendly folks.
