If you looking for a convient location this is not it unless you are taking public transportation . They only validate for 15 minutes of parking by the time I returned I was at 17 minutes so I had to paid 4 dollars? if you are taking a Uber or Lyft pick a different location I don’t care if it’s the closes location. I tried this location twice . I will never return

Guy threw my return label away so he obviously didn't read it because it needed to go in my box and I had to drive all the way back up there which was 15 mins each way.

25 dollars for 20 minutes of parking and the most expensive prints in the city. Also doesn’t do passport photos. Just go to UPS.

We stopped in shortly before they closed to get some items printed. We got a 15 minute validation which should have reduced our parking fee to $4. However, the parking machine charged us a flat rate fee of $35. The woman we spoke with when we called for parking assistance was beyond rude and refused to adjust the price or let us out. Yes, we were forced to pay $35 for a little over 15 minutes. I suggest finding anywhere else to go for FedEx/printing needs. If I could give zero stars, I would. The parking garage should be ashamed of that fleecing.

Alejandro did an amazing job guiding me through the process. He answered all my questions with textbook professionalism and courtesy and even redid my job when he realized the printer left a line through the print job. He and his coworkers worked phenomenally well.I’d also like to point out that the manager (didn’t catch her name) swooped in when she saw me waiting to ask how she could help, and when she realized I was already being helped by Alejandro made a point of complimenting him and his service. I really appreciate an environment where care for your employees is put front-and-center like that.

An employee there tried to rip me off of $104.00. Was overcharged to send my package. Call to report it two weeks ago.....I'm still waiting on a call back. I once liked fed ex...not so much anymore. U.P.S.....from now on....if I can help it.
