Terrible customer service. Marlon is the worst. Total attitude and rude. I asked him questions and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Won't be going back.

Terrible customer service. When I walked into the store not one of the staff members came over to help me or even acknowledge me. Finally had one of the staff members come help me, I was doing some returns, and the whole time made me feel like I was a burden to him - audibly sighing when I didn't have my QR ready right away and giving annoyed looks. The phone ended up ringing and he left to answer it and never came back. The two other staff members never acknowledged me either or came over to help. I stood there as a social experiment and waited to see how long it would take for one of them to help me, and after five minutes nothing. I took my packages and left

They are not friendly and nobody is willing to help. Went to print a document and it took 30 minutes because the machine won't accept the corporate code and nobody was willing to help. It seems nobody knows what they are doing.

No signs anywhere outside saying FedEx is located here and is inside the Walgreens pharmacy. They only accept pickups so if you don’t have a label, they will send you away to get one. I had prepaid label and box, and fully packed package so it wasn’t an issue.Glenn was very pleasant and very helpful though. He scanned package and helped me to set notifications to the recipient about package status. Overall good experience but was very frustrating to get there. This office location needs better description and more updated information about services.

For some reason everyone at this location is not friendly and does not provide customer service. Not one person smokes or says thank you. This use to be a great place for quick prints but I will not longer be using this fedex.

Super friendly and professional! Had several packages today and he checked each one to make sure the rate was right and the zip was correct. Richard was Polite, helpful and most of all - super chill! I love my neighborhood Fed Ex store

Richard greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. I had a package to ship and didn't bring a label so he helped me by printing one I had emailed him. It took him several times because he couldn't get the adhesive paper to work, so he put in the extra effort and cut out one from normal printing paper and affixed it to my parcel. During this process he also helped me to find a great organizer for my work. Great smile and great attitude. My favorite FedEx this far. I will be back Richard THANK YOU for the help!

I just wasted 45 minutes of my life here. They only Have 1 employee working and he was super rude and condescending. And when did they start charging $7.50 to resize a photo. Rip. Off.

Horible customer service, no help whatso ever My daughter went to print out a school project and we asked the emypolyees for help, to which they replyed "Go to the printer and read the instructions." then my mubbled "it's not the difficult" We stayed in the shop for over an hour, with no help and nothing worked. After not getting it to work, we asked for a refund to which they said no to. My stressed out daughter left in tears. A truly horrible experience. Employees were sitting around doing nothing. And laughing at customers.

I use Fed Ex all the time to print over size images. I moved so this location is a bit closer. I've tried to print things with them 3 different times this week and always get different price quotes. Overwhelmed staff members. They are not helpful at all. Just hung up with them and they tried to tell me I have to pay and extra $7 per image for resizing when I sent them the exact images and sizing and am generally charged by the size, I mean duh. Not an extra in addition to the sizes? Makes zero sense. Skip this location and drive to the Mission Valley one. Worth the extra trip. PLUS parking sucks.

Usually TERRIBLE customer service, starting with the manager, who has been to me the most rude staff member in the store. Only one person has provided excellent customer service in my many times doing business here. Usually the attitude is a complete disdain for having to interact with customers, which makes having to seek assistance a dismal experience.
