Terrible customer service. Marlon is the worst. Total attitude and rude. I asked him questions and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Won't be going back.

Richard is a life saver and a true gentleman. Thanks for the last minute help!!! It's not often I need office printing but this evening I did. Richard came through. What a dude.
