Employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Older gentlemen (I didn't get his name but I think hes the manager) helped me get some papers scanned and emailed. He walked me through the whole process, and ensured it was all done correctly. I've had a stressful few days so his willingness to help and kindness didn't go unnoticed by me!

Their delivery service is AWFUL. They will have any Joe Shmoe on the street sign for your package and call it delivered!I’ve never had an issue with UPS deliveries. But 3 of my FedEx deliveries have been “delivered” and signed for by people who don’t live with me and then the packages disappeared.Also they do nothing about the packages that they lose/steal. Of note, I work from home and was home at all the times they claim the packages were delivered. So they just flat out lied. This is appalling service and they hold No accountability whatsoever. Absolutely Sickening.
