We them not to drive up the driveway with a large truck. They did it anyways and tore down our power lines. SDG&E sent three crews for repairs. There’s damage to our roof. Completely negligent company undeserving of your business.

Amazing! Awesome! Those two words describe Ramon. If I could think of a better description, I would post it. Spoke to Nick at Fast Truck to brag on Ramon and found he was just as nice. Ramon went way beyond the call of duty. He had 3 old ladies supervising and he just rolled with the game, . Give that man a raise or a big fat Christmas bonus.

This was by far the worst moving experience we have ever had! We were constantly lied to and misled - from being asked for over $1000 more after the truck was loaded and we already agreed to a binding-to-not-exceed estimate, to being promised a 3 day delivery and having to wait 6 weeks!! They told me our items would be on our own truck and it would go straight there - and the same men would put everything back together... none of that happened. It was moved to a storage facility where it sat for 5 weeks and then loaded on a truck with 5 other families' things with all new drivers who barely spoke english. And communication was horrible the entire time (I was yelled at, cut off, lied to, and ignored). Tina in customer service refused to answer my calls - I had to call from a different number after our 5th delivery window was not met. They forgot some of our things, and now more items are missing and they won't even respond to me. Plus, at the new house they dropped everything off and left - not putting anything together (that they took apart) as they promised. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

This company was very unprofessional taking back on their original agreements and changing things last minute or without our knowing. We used the moving services from MD to NC and we also used the towing services. The company came a day early and didn't let us know until the evening before. when they finished putting all of our things in the truck it wasn't until putting down the deposit and signing that we found out they were charging us an extra $900 than originally quoted. and with that the original quote was for more items than we gave then (we ended up leaving a lot of things because the original max quote was already over our budget). Whenever we contacted them about paying more than we need to the customer service rep was nice enough to try and get something back for us so that was nice. But over all the communication between this company and their third party hire(s) was horrible. no one seemed to know all the information that they should've it took tons of back and forth, and the towing company didn't bring our car until 3 days after the designated time. I understand mistakes happen but if this company had better communication between their third party workers and their clients I would have probably gave a much better review than this.

Worst experience I ever had, zero communication on the status and location of your belongings. Even though you pay them thousands of dollars they don't work for you which when you hire someone they work for you not this company. They have your stuff and you are not a priority to them, your stuff is not a priority and all you can do is wait and hope your stuff shows up period.

Assuming this is Fast Trucking based out of Southern California, i am so confused how all these people are writing negative reviews. In fact, i'm almost suspicious that a competing company is writing them. I own a computer business in San Diego area and have used Fast Trucking (Through the 3rd party Unishippers) about 20-30 times this year in 2019 and literally not 1 issue. In fact, almost every time they delivered it next day from Los Angeles area to me and the price was always WAY cheaper than everyone else. Recently i have not seen them showing up on the unishippers web portal and have been trying some other companies like DHE, Reddaway, etc and the other companies consistently don't pick up on day one and consistently don't delivery the next day from LA. I literally came to this yelp page because i was looking for Fast Trucking's phone number on google to call them direct. I can't speak to their service at the consumer level, but for business to business pallet moving, cant recommend them more.

***********************BE AWARE DO NOT HIRE**************************** I used this company fro a move across country, and they quoted me cheaper than the others. But on my last day in California when they arrived, they stated more than half my belonging weren't on the list which was BS because i put them on there, so they doubled the price that i was originally quoted. Everyone was very rude that i spoke to in regards to my move. they also tacked on a bunch of bogus charges. When I tried to dispute it, they kept stating they knew nothing about this, as well as never called back like they said. The delivery ended up costing me 2 times as much as originally quoted, as well as higher than then other companies. Dawn, Kristin, Jim, are very rude, and disrespectful while on the phones. Never return calls, not do they help at all. No tracking on your shipment, iv been im my new home with my pregnant wife for over 2 weeks with no beds, furniture, nothing because they dont know when itll go out. I call everyday and its the same, " the truck got here late last night, ill call you in the morning to let you know the status", but then never calls. No response to emails to voicemails at all. By far the worst iv ever worked with, i should have looked them up prior and read everyone else frustrations and concerns.

I am thankful for their service. I called them after calling several auto transport companies. So far they gave me an affordable price. He was great and helpful came on time and took my vehicle. I had a big move. My car arrived in a perfect condition and the best thing they were on time. Again thank you.
