I recently moved to SD and needed a medical provider to maintain prescriptions & establish care with. This clinic got me in in under 2 weeks and they were very understanding and accommodating. Dr. Hacholski was beyond fantastic. He provided me what I believe was the most thorough and comprehensive doctor appt I’ve ever had. I felt like he asked lots of questions, listened to all of my concerns and made sure I felt heard. He addressed a lot of issues I’ve had going on for quite some time but that have just gone somewhat ignored until now.I came in for some refills & a basic physical and left with reassurance and confidence knowing my health is in good hands.Everyone from the front desk secretary, the MA, and the doctor were all very kind. I have literally never left a review for my healthcare before, but acknowledging their excellence felt necessary!

Great griuo of people, and the nurse practicioners are quite thorough, knowledgeable and just as effective, if not more than today's Doctors. This is my go to clinic and my GPs. Easy in, out.

MY name is Debra Austin, I've been with family health since 2015. I met some great doctors there. When l started at family health l didn't relize how bad my conditions needed to be addressed and treated l truly believe l wouldn't still be here today. I thank God for caring and warm hearted concerned and understanding doctors. Now days most people aren't concerned about the patient . They are all about just getting a pay check Like Ms. Ruth she always greeting me with a big smile and kind words she's very passionate about what she's sharing. Thank You Family. Health

Everyone here is so nice!!! I am not really a doctor person if I can avoid going to the doctor I would. When I come here I am treated with so much respect and kindness. They make the process so much better for me and I want to thank them for that! I don't think they know how much they calm my nerves. A special shot out to Dr. Schneider, Maria D, Maria S, Alex and Melissa. You all are wonderful thank you!!

No parking, good direction to facility. Google maps - bad listing in relation to street entrance. Front desk staff zero compassion that I have a foot injury so can't be searching around for parking. But then, oh, she's 7 min late for appointment. Refused to call parking staff just to allow my appointment parking! Come on!

I came in extremely sick with strep throat and they really took care of me. They monitored me for an hour just to make sure I was getting better. The nurses and doctors were so kind and understanding and hurried to get me feeling better right away. During the time they monitored me they constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable making adjustments to my seats and asking me questions offering me water, etc. They even wanted to make sure I was getting better and asked me to come in again the next day for a check-up. The only downside was their receptionist. The female receptionist seemed really stuck-up and was very unprofessional complaining about everything and simple errors or changes she was getting mad at the nurses and her male receptionist that was assisting me. Even as I sat down she made it a point to tell a customer that he messed up which to me is completely unnecessary. That upset me only because she was the only rude person in the office. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic. I was seen by Goldfinger and she was great. The nurses again and doctor so kind. They even recommended me for a new treatment to help stop my constant illness and helped me in a timely manner even though the waiting room was extremely full when I came in.

Went to get STD test for general health purposes and peace of mind. Could not get a straight answer from the woman at the desk to save my life. I finally told the woman I'd go somewhere else. Do they do testing? When? How much does it cost? What do they test for? I can sum up San Diego Family Health Services in a word WORTHLESS and the people working there in two INCOMPETENT and RUDE. They are a waste of tax payer money and retail space.

Very rude people at front desk. This is unbelievable! Zero customer service! Bunch of losers who have no idea how to treat people! Theyre just sitting there talking to each other and yell out your personal information! Zero respect for patients privacy! Zero respect for patience time and health issues!

I've been going to this Family Health Center for over a year-and-a-half. I will go nowhere else. At times I've have taken two buses and a trolley to get to there and did it gladly!
