My wife and I recently purchased the Moro Bay faucets and accessories made by California Faucets, from Ben Kasdorf at Reece Bath & Kitchen. The experience has been five star all the way. Ben is a delightful young man who represents a dedicated, competent and knowledgeable employee in this company. We picked up the product today and it is exactly as portrayed. California Faucets are high end quality and worth every dollar! Thank you, Ben, for a wonderful experience and outstanding customer service.

Melanie went above and beyond to provide a stellar experience. I did not realize that Reece could price significantly lower than big box stores. Additionally, they have lots of local inventory and can ship to San Diego within a day. The product knowledge and their willingness to search their inventory to get what you need is the difference maker. I get very caught up looking for prices online, in the future I will pick up the phone to get a quote from a good local retailer before committing. Getting help from someone like Melanie is well worth the time. I got a nice Toto ordered over the phone and installed it before lunch the same day. I am impressed... Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Person I talked to was not knowledgeable, but would not allow me to talk and never followed up. My daughter had an excellent experience at the store and mine was absolutely horrible. I ended up buying $14,000 subzero from another store because of the lack of follow up and interest. When you’re home refrigerator freezer goes out on you. You need someone to help you find a replacement quickly. This place was just not store to call.

I had an issue with a Kohler sink that I'd bought elsewhere and couldn't get the drain to fit. Angela approached me and was very helpful. Offered water while she proceeded to call up Kohler and troubleshooted with the support line. She even ordered the missing parts for me to be sent to my home at no charge. What great service and if I need any bath or kitchen help in the future I'll be back.

Found something I liked but despite being a massive store, they neglected to have it in stock. They said they would call me when my order came in. After almost a month of no call I showed up and asked about my order. It was delivered to the wrong location. They said they would call me the next week when it arrived at the correct location. They did not call me when it arrived. I ordered the same products on Amazon and it was delivered in 2 days. My building called me when the package arrived. My advise to the owner: online retailers are cheaper, they shouldn't also have better customer service. Any hope of my purchasing there again disappeared with my experience. Keep an inventory of what you display, and give good customer experience, or go the way of all the other box stores.

I'm giving them three stars and I can change it if they remedy the problem. I bought a washer and dryer combo to replace the one that is currently in my townhome. The sales person Scott was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure that I got the exact same Item so that I knew it would fit and he set up delivery. The delivery people canceled my delivery once and instead came three days later. They had difficulty getting my old unit out and getting the new unit upstairs and installed. The bottom line is, there's quite a bit of damage to my wood floors, and Scuffs and nicks all over my freshly painted walls. The installers took photos of all the damage they did, and told me that they submitted them to their boss and that I would be hearing from him. It has been two weeks and I have not heard anything. I will continue to attempt to get them to remedy the problem, but after reading other peoples reviews. I may have to take legal steps for action.

Customer service falls short. I purchased a Sub-Zero fridge and Bosch dishwasher from Expressions, and unfortunately had an issue with the dishwasher that required some servicing not too long after purchase. After contacting their service department for a service request, I was told they would get back to me. After a couple of follow ups, I continue to receive crickets. If this is the kind of customer service support that is provided for high-end appliance, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I don't often write reviews but Yvette's customer service is so outstanding, I felt compelled to share my experience. Yvette is easily accessible, very responsive, and goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. Buying new appliances with her was one of the rare, wonderful experiences I had during a crazy remodel. I highly recommend buying here!
