Jerald/Gerald, is really nice, informative and helpful during my visit today. Not pushy at all. I hope he recieved some sort of credit seeing how the cashier did not ask me who helped me today on the sales floor.I enjoyed shopping at this Express-Fashion Valley, location =]

Today, there were NO soft beverages available!It seems that their sizes for their sides had became smaller. The cashier was nice enough to give me 2 fortune cookies, there's been other Panda Express locations that ONLY like to give out 1 fortune cookie per order.Make sure to SIGN UP for their rewards program- download the Panda Express app! I understand if the employees are busy, but don't put that an order is ready when you're barely about to cook a new batch of ragoons. I only get a 30 minute lunch and now I've wasted 15 mins on three cheese ragoons? It's inconsiderate. Wait till they're actually done and have the order ready, THEN click that the order is ready. That's what pick up is for after all. To not wait in line, and I watch everyone in line get assisted and still have to wait double the time.

This place is so good! But as of late, they have been lacking on the portion size of my food. Today I ordered via the app and it was incredibly quick which was great but my chicken was not cut properly and the Beijing portion wasn't good! I mean I'm not going to stop going here but maybe less now that they are being stingy with their portions!

My wife and I came into the 1234 Yonge St. Store today looking for a pair of running shoes for each of us.I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. It is a given that New Balance running shoes are good quality, comfortable and well constructed. I've been wearing New Balance sneakers for years and years.But aside from that, I especially feel that I must tell you about the employee, John.He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and had infinite patience.I ask a lot of questions. He was more than happy to answer them all.I tried on a lot of different pairs of shoes; he was always happy to run back and forth to the stock room to bring new shoes.John never pressured us into buying anything but was always pleasant, informative and ready to take care of our needs.

Extremely poor customer service. Employees were rushing us thru the line, they kept repeating questions to not allowing me a second to think of the answer. The beef broccoli tasted boiled no sauce or crunch to it. They got my husbands order wrong. They didn't have ice tea which is my favorite part of the meal. Overall not coming back.

i love panda express so much. with all of my heart. the orange chicken is SO GOOD. Nice service here, although the lady did forget to give me a fortune cookie. Not my top priority though, the cookie was not required for me to thoroughly enjoy my meal.

1 star doesn't even begin to show what i feel about this place. My girlfriend got food poisoning from the shrimp, I've worked in countless food places and I know there is supposed to be certain times food is supposed to be distressed and replaced. That being said we didn't notice until after eating that the food was just warm instead of being a good hot temperature. My girlfriend has been sick since leaving it's been 10 hours and constant puking, cold sweats, and even fever. Not okay at all highly DONT recommend this place.

If you're not able to fulfill your orders don't show items on your website as in-stock. Moreso, if I call-in asking why my order was cancelled, tell your female representative instead of just directing me to order the same item again.How about apologize about what happened, and be more friendly in your tone, and then ask what I can do to make things right.I can always take my business elsewhere so providing decent customer service when I call about your mistake should be expected.Thanks
