I've been a Patient of Dr. EM Roberts for a few years now and as always, Dr. EM Roberts and his Staff at Lenscrafters, Macy's Fashion Valley are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Dr. EM Roberts is thorough in his examinations and he answers any questions, comments, and concerns you have. The Staff at Lenscrafters, Macy's Fashion Valley are not only friendly, but they are also helpful, amazing, and make any recommendations and will answer any questions and address concerns when it comes to your prescription.

I have been to different branches of Lens Crafter but Dr. Robert is so far the best eye doctor I met in Lens Crafter. He was so nice and compassionate. He was focused on the welfare of the patient and not the revenue the company would make. He was honest and will not forced you to get a new eyeglasses if there's no need to do that. He would also spend time explaining to you your eye health.Such a wonderful eye check-up experience with him!
