“At 9:30 this morning I went on igeek website and scheduled an eval of my malfunctioning iphone. I input my credit card, paid $35.00, and scheduled myself for a 1:00 pm appointment using the scheduler provided on igeek website. At 12:30 pm I received a text stating that my appointment request was denied. Not impressed and thanks for the inconvenience. I hope my $35 payment didn't go through. Follow-up, later in the afternoon igeeks contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience, and offered to reschedule me. I appreciate their follow-up and understand life happens and that they did their best to remedy the problem. Much appreciated, great customer service in the end.”
