I've gotten ripped off other places and I refuse to want to go to any other phone repair technician due to actually feeling like Tony is the only dude I know so far in SD that's genuinely helped the best he can with my phone situation and I've had a pretty bad history of not being able take care of my phones so trust me when I say I'm definitely a regular and have recommended my friends to him too outside of Yelp. “Friendly and fast service! Mitch helped take a look at my Pixel 7 after it fell out of my pocket during a ride. It must have fallen about 50ft, completely messing up the screen and cracking the frame slightly. He mentioned the few things that could come up due to the cracked frame but recommended the screen replacement as likely the only fix that would be needed, as the vibrations and calls were still working.Pricing was fair, as they are an approved Google Pixel repair shop and also had the part in stock! A replacement screen online runs $150+ and you would have to install it yourself, so really this pricing is good for the labor. An hour and a half later, my repair was done, tested and I was out the door with my working phone again. Totally worth the convenience over some small one off shops that might save you a buck or two, but may not have parts ready same day or offer a 1 year repair warranty.I'd definitely come back!Edit:Round two- I got home and noticed my camera was also broken after the big drop. Came back to the store and Terra explained the process and options that may come up during diagnostics. They had already ordered a replacement before my appointment because they didn't have it in stock so the very next day they could replace my camera if they needed to. Unfortunately they did have to replace the camera but pricing was fair (Actually cheaper than the screen which was a bit surprising but I'm not complaining). Now finally back to my fully functioning phone!”
