The western University Ave location has dishonest employees, Was told one price and tire on the phone but when I got there it was more and for less of a tire,the location east of the 15 are good guys that take care of their customers

STOP! Stay away from this shop and find another one nearby. This place is horrible! Customer service was at an all time low. There was this dude that kept spewing homophobic remarks at me and my boyfriend in Spanish and I knew what he was joking about the whole time. He really thought I didn't know Spanish just because I'm a white gringo. News flash, I'm actually a Spanish teacher at the local Middle school so next time you should read up on your customers before you mock them in front of your colleagues. I'm not going to go into detail on what the man said because it was truly hurtful and disgusting to hear and I felt like that's not something you should say to a future customer. Also their tire prices were through the roof. Can you believe they tried to get me to buy a used tire that was $100 above market value. Yes I said USED. Can you believe that! These dudes should be jailed for consumer robbery and the whole tire shop should be shutdown at once. The homophobic remarks and terrible prices should be a reason for anyone to not shop here and buy your tires at any other shop in the area. Even PepBoys would get you a better deal off tires for any make of car. Lastly if you're seeing this Ed, get you boys cause next time me and my boyfriend won't take any type of harassment lightly. I will always support a business that respects the LGBT community as real and functioning human beings.

Stay away from this place there are better tire shops down the road. They do their best to tax you. I came in around march-April for a brand new tire costing me 120$. Keep this in mind it is a accelera tire which was fine. I come in here a month after because my other tire was out and offered me a cheaper tire for 150$ and then I ask him if he has accelera to match my pair and he gives me the same price and I ask him I came a month ago and it was 120$. Online they range 80-100$. I understands the mounting and balance but the fact that he hits me with "los tiempos cambiaron" as an excuse to use inflation to raise his price. I noticed it depends the type of car you drive and then he judges what he's going to charge you to get more money out of you. Terrible customer service if I could give it zero stars I would.
