Whole time I was in the store guy was down my throat. Was not enjoyable at all and I was just walking around feeling out the stones and he even at one point told me to show my hands while I was deliberately trying to feel the stone. I’m pregnant and went in there to feel uplifted and whoever was in there acted like I was a criminal the whole time. Places like that you should be able to walk around and feel out the stones that’s the whole point. Not going there again.

I don't usually do reviews of this type of places but I think it's worth it.We arrived at this place after having breakfast in Little Italy and the atmosphere is perfect, in fact the music and the smell of freshly burnt incense is phenomenal.We bought a ring and some incense that we had been looking for in several places without luck.The variety of artifacts and stones is very good and abundant.The person who assisted us, a bearded guy whose name I forgot to take, was super courteous and friendly!!We'll definitely come back!!

Drawn into Earth Elements in ********* this morning by the aromatically earthy Palo Santo, some of which I purchased, I entered a magical realm of exquisite and unique home and gift products. ****, the merchant, was incredibly friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Earth Elements as a top priority for your Holiday gift shopping.

I've been shopping at this store for years. They have a great selection of gifts and curios. Friendly staff. The only problem is the parking. There is none.

This shop was so amazing. My family and I went for lunch, and they snuck off to explore the store while I waited for the food. They bought me a few wonderful gifts and insisted I check the place out. I went in and absolutely fell in love. The products were high quality. The staff was absolutely friendly and kind. They were also very informative. The store had a calm energy and was very well organized. Check it out! You won't be disappointed!!

I have been to this store several times but hadn't bought anything yet. Today I got several goodies. Perfect tarot deck for my best friends birthday. Also got a beautiful ring. The manager was super helpful and gave me the cards explaining the crystals. Will def be back!

The store is beautiful. Great stones and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The only con was online appeared to have more than what is in the actual store so that was a little confusing, but they ship so you can check out their online store. I prefer to pick things out myself so I can feel it out and see what calls to me as far as stones but everything else can certainly be bought online.

I purchased an amazonite bracelet on my credit card for $7. It came apart in the first monthish I had it.I took it back to the store yesterday. I asked the girls for an exchange or to use it towards another item for $9. They said they would do it. I gave the broken one back to her. Then they went back & forth with how they would do it, but then ONLY with the actual paper receipt. I have the receipt of the purchase online in my credit card transactions. But they still would not exchange it without the "physical receipt"...I told them how they obviously do not stand behind their products. They had nothing to say.Buyer beware that the quality of their products & customer service is horrible.

This place is such a great location and can get busy when people are walking by to/from dinner. There's an abundant selection of pocket crystals, tarot cards, bracelets, rings and so much more. Every time I come here the staff is always great and they're helpful with any questions.
