I was looking for shorts for my husband in khaki and olive. Found the khaki but not the olive. The associate said I can order the olive and it would be shipped to my house. I thought that was very nice.

Went in to pick up shirts that I ordered online and had sent to the store. As soon as I saw the shirts I knew I had ordered the wrong size. The representative there looked for the shirts in the size that I needed inside the store. The only available was a color I already had. She showed me the available colors online, in the right size, and reordered them to go to my house. She was very helpful in fixing my ordering mistake.

Amazing help! Went in to buy clothes for my son's senior prom, the team was so helpful. He tried so many different combinations and finally found his outfit!I would highly recommend this place

This DXL location always has excellent service! Diana helped my find an entire outfit for my son's graduation. She was patient and help us put together clothes perfectly. We returned a few days later to buy a belt and she remembered us. She was helping many people, she was patient, and she gave good advice about accessories to add to the wardrobe.

I really enjoy shopping at DXL. Mission Valley store has great deals on all there clothes. The clearance section at this store gives additional discounts on top of the great prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful every time I visit.

I hadn't been able to find anything in my size before going in but the woman who helped me, measured me, handed me a shirt and it fit so well I bought two. Great experience!

Great staff. Knowledgeable and very helpful. I usually loath shopping for clothes but these folks make it bearable. My only suggestion is that you stock sun glasses for wider faces.
