Expensive but high coverage 100% acrylic paint. 1 gallon semi-gloss did all of my fascia. Matched my old paint perfectly. Excellent service!

I would highly recommend this DE store!
Service is always client-oriented and very attentive. I specifically want to express gratitude to Sam for kindly helping match a color other stores hadn’t been able to! He not only was finally able to actually match the color, he took the time to correct previously purchased gallons which saved me $$’s. Thanks again Sam!!!

Mark, the manager, provided me with stellar customer service this morning.My painters goofed and used the wrong sheen (flat) on my kitchen walls. So I pointed to the satin and they apologized. However, now I needed a replacement can of flat, so I quickly drove over to Dunn Edwards and got one gallon of flat.Then the painters told me they needed another gallon of satin since they had put that on the ceiling. So, I made a second trip to Dunn Edwards that morning and Mark immediately recognized me and offered his assistance despite being short staffed. I was stressed and frustrated, but Mark made it better by providing me quick service with a smile. Thank you Mark!

Called to see if they recycled paint and was helped by Angela or Angelique, don't recall the exact name. She told me they can only do a certain amount per day and I had a lot more than what she said was the limit. She check to see if she had room and told me she would accept everything. Very helpful and very attentive. I will be shopping here next time I need paint.

Rafael did such an amazing job with our paint renderings. He was able to match the two stucco colors we were looking into, and match them to the two retaining walls we wanted to paint to match the stucco colors. We got 6 total pics from him. He was fast and responsive. I can't recommend Dunn Edwards and mostly Rafael enough with helping us decide what colors we were deciding to move forward with.

I am a contractor and I have been going to this store almost exclusively for years, multiple times a week, I will sometimes spend thousands of dollars a month there. Mainly because of their customer service, so they hired a new blonde manager who just does not get it. Would not honor a simple $30 return. The pants I was returning were unworn and still had all the tags attached, folded up perfectly. She was super rude and dismissive. I will not set foot in there again. If you are a contractor I would recommend any other Dunn Edwards, I get great customer service at all other locations.BTW since they're always out of materials because of the supply chain issues I have been going to Home Depot for a lot of paint., they are surprisingly better quality in most cases and better priced.

Rafael was extremely patient and helpful in selecting colors and sheens for both interior and exterior paints. He brought out the perfect complementary shades very quickly. Made the whole ordeal much more pleasant.
