I took my MacBook Pro in after having screen glitching issues among other minor issues. I really appreciated Mohammad’s honestly with weighing the cost of the repairs vs. the cost of new computer. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Step into his office. Dr. Chip will give you a warm welcome and a proper diagnosis. As you chat with him, you will begin to see his wealth of experience in not only computers, but in life. He has been to many places and seen many things. He’s not your average doctor. Come for the computers but stay for the company. Plus he has an amazing selection of used Macbooks. All fairly priced. There is a high chance you will find the Mac you are looking for. This is the first time I’ve seen the Doctor, but I don’t think it will be the last!

I am not too easy to offer recommendations, however I found the Owner, Mohamed and his associate Peter to be nothing short of excellent in helping me now twice with troubleshooting two different computer problems. They are both kind, intelligent, reliable, and worthy of trust.

I recently visited Dr. Chip for help with an overheating issue with my iMac. Dr. Chip took a look and recommended a software solution, and he did this free of charge! In a world where other shops might try to upsell you on expensive fixes you don't need, Dr. Chip stands out with his no-nonsense, honest approach. These guys are the real deal. Had to upgrade storage on my computer. Needed it back ASAP as my entire business runs from that computer. While Best Buy was quoting me 3-5 business days, these guys got it done in 4 hours. Incredible. Highly recommend.

Mhammad turned my laptop around with a fresh battery in less than 24 hours for wayyyy cheaper than other places were quoting me. And I appreciated his honesty in evaluating my broken space bar and letting me know it wouldn't be worth it due to the time it would take to replace it. He even taught me the proper way to clean my devices when I went to pick them up. Great experience -- I'll be back for my future Mac repair needs!

I took my broken computer to Dr. Chip to see if the wires could be solder from the battery to the mother board. Muhammed looked at it carefully and told me it would require some intricate work, something he does not do and it would probably cost between $100.00-$150.00 and there would be no guarantee it would work. The computer was only worth about $300.00 and I already bought a new one to replace the old one which still worked as long as it was plugged in. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He cleaned my old computer keys and screen for nothing. Thank you.
