I first went here 4 years ago and I have been so impressed by the staff and drs… esprit Dr. Hazelback….. i have experienced such wonderful treatment of my emotions, concerns and ailments.

Here we go again the doctor puts in the wrong CPT and diagnose code for me to see a pulmonologist all I did was call the referral Department who transferred me to her office on Elm Street so she can correct her mistake that she let sit there for 2 weeks I also requested lidocaine for my trach area because it is bothering me cuz I have not seen a pulmonologist since I've been discharged from the convalescent home instead of them wanting to help me they call me back Shantae the office manager or supervisor and lies on me and tells them that I had a behavioral problem basically because I was demanding pain pills which is a lie unfortunately for them I have special phone equipment because of my disability defamation of character is not cool gaslighting patience is not cool I will be posting that on here soon as I can get the transcripts of my conversation so we can show who's the liar and doing bait and switch is illegal you told me I was signing a contract or Behavioral because I kept calling reminding you of my medicines I needed I signed it you later on tell me it's for something else not realizing that video taping may have been enforced due to your dishonestyUnfortunately Miss Shante you're going to cause that office to get a lawsuit with your frivolous statements and gaslighting of patients to make yourself seem revelant at your job because now I'm going to file complaints and I'm going to have my proof of my conversations

I triedI tried I tried I signed a documentI don't even know what for because I didn't cause any RuckusBut the documents for was for me to keep the peace and I don't understand what they mean by that cuz all I'm doing is calling and reminding them of things that they keep forgettingOnce again go to my appointment they claim that they call in myInsulin pens the pharmacy says no once againSo here I am no fast-acting insulin once again but I'm supposed to keep my sugars in controlAt the same time I needed a letter for themFrom themOkay Miss Clemens we're going to give you the letterForgot the letter forgot to pens next day I'm calling all day finally they call me we sent the letter I go check there is no letter the only letter there is explaining to me about the delays of my prescriptionI just give up there is just nothing I could do to make people remember their job

Toni Wells was extremely helpful at helping me to get my intake done, and hrlp with any needs u may need mentally, medically and physically. I didnt realize this was going to be the one stop place i needed to handle all of that. She was professional and made me feel comfortable at expressing any of my needs or past medical and substance use history. I appreciate her making sure i was well taken care of, and getting all my appointments in, in a timely matter

You won't find any more courteous and helpful staff from the doctors to the nurses are all simply wonderful unlike some other comments I read I have never ever heard any staff member talk down to any patient and I'm at the clinic at least twice a month I have many ongoing health issues they've always treated me with respect and utmost courtesy

These people wouldnt let me email the form the doctor needed to fill out for a sports event. Had to miss my appointment and reschedule. Then when I did and Had an appointment made me wait extra 20 minutes to bring me back into the room only to wait even longer in the rooms. Dont go here unless you have to and ladies at the front desk are angry bitter and need to get laid

My Visits Wth Dr.V Have Been Excellent He Has Helped Me So Much Even Saved My Life By Requesting Lab Work When Every Dr. Was Talking To You Over The Phone My Hemo Was Low Low Like 4 When It's Supposed To Be 12-14 Whewww And Even Helped Me Get A Scooter As I Was Walking With A Walker For 8 Years I Love Downtown Health Center THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

All on sayin is that I've been a patient at downtown family health center and connections for approximately 20 some odd years and I'm telling you they have the worst medical service I have ever experienced case on point just t was diagnosed with a health issue cant find any record of the blood work done I am a current victim of identity theft sponsored by their facility the doctor's are rude and unprofessional they will scream out your personal business so that all the office help can hear I currently in the process of filling a case against them and if ratings could go lower than zero you get the picture don't go.
