DO NOT COME HERE, please. My uncle used to do business here for almost a decade, they helped him do his taxes here, he had a PO box, and they were supposed to be helping him apply for my aunt’s permanent residence. Unfortunately my uncle passed due to covid and when we went to them for my aunt’s paperwork (to continue her legal procedure) they were unable to provide a single receipt, confirmation number or any info. The women working here were rude to us and kept saying they had “misplaced” the file. After weeks of calling and nothing, we decided to pay a lawyer who confirmed what we feared, that they had never filed her case. My uncle had been paying them for YEARS and it was so upsetting and frustrating to know he was taken advantage of, given these women their trust, and that we lost so many years thinking my aunt’s case was underway. I know these women speak Spanish and that’s a reassuring thing for many, but please go elsewhere it’s not worth it.
