Nail in the coffin of this experience is finding a hair on the pizza. Started off annoying because they don't put any prices on their menu. When I asked what small and medium start at the answer was "I don't know." Can you give me an idea? "No because the prices changes depending on what you want." Well yes, however every other pizza place manages to put prices on the menu. Wasn't told ahead of time that the wait would be 30 min. The pizza is so overpriced and underwhelming. My $19 cheese pizza is $7 at Little Caesars and for $25 I can get a giant cheese from the place up the street. Won't be going back.

My order was canceled by staff without my consent and staff members laughed at my family (I have two special needs siblings on the autism spectrum ages 8 and 22) I had placed an order on the Dominoes app and the tracker said my order was being prepped already by Arline. Someone by the name of Edwin canceled my order and the male crew laughed at my family, I don't know if it was due to our situation or perhaps they were discriminating my family members due to their mental disability or our race. (female hispanic) Which ever the case may be it was infuriating and completely disrespectful. I'm still waiting on my refund to be issued. Erwin claimed to be the manager and said he could do what he wanted. 09/05/2023 @ 11:40AM I have ordered from their store before, this is the first time I've ever dealt with these staff members. I had made the trip from Mission Valley to their shop located in Otay Mesa, it was quite a drive.

Ordered a pizza at 12:44 PM, the app showed that it went into the oven, quality control, back to the oven and back again to quality control. At 1:20 PM Dominoes calls me to say they haven't even made the pizza and it will take another 40 minutes to deliver, because of road construction. Why couldn't they call me and tell me that within the first five minutes?

I don’t typically leave reviews, I would like to give a 5 ⭐️ review to this store! My order was perfectly well done! Aaron delivered my order.. He was awesome! very nice, kind and attentive. Food temperature was also excellent! Very happy with the experience overall! ☺️

Everything was good. Ordered on the app and picked up in store. Staff was quick and friendly. Pizza quality, pasta and chicken were up to par with Domino's food quality. Consistent with the other locations.
