Dollar Tree on Murphy Canyon Road. had a grand reopening Saturday with new inventory and modernized the store. I started going to Dollar Tree recently because of the current economy. Just getting the essentials now days puts a big dent In the paycheck. Plus some items at the Dollar Tree just make sense to buy. I love this location because the staff is over the top friendly, the store is neat and clean, ordinary people who are just trying save a buck shop there, and it's interesting looking at the new stuff they get in each week. My wife is into crafts and this is her favor place to be, Go check it out. It's fun!

A lot of cheap options, but some sections are really messy. The staff is usually friendly, I wish they did returns instead of exchanges.

I will commend the cleanliness of this location. In fact, I'd say it's on top of my list in terms of organized and immaculate Dollar Tree stores I've visited in recent memory. I must, however, ding the rating due to the cashier, Marie's, attitude. Perhaps she was having a rough day or whatnot, but her belittling vernacular when lecturing me because I slid my card to pay prematurely. Furthermore, I'm curious as to why she did not bag my belongings but bagged the customers' belongings before and after me. What was a shot below the belt, was the fact that she verbally rushed me to pack my things as she continued to scan and package the gentleman's groceries after me. Why didn't I receive this quick and efficient service? Why was I demonized for not doing Marie's job quick enough for her? Did she brush me off because I was wearing a backpack and..... assumed I didn't need a bag or bagging service? Odd, and, rather insulting. I hope Marie's peculiar attitude gets addressed.

Honestly for a dollar tree. It's a good location. The store is very big and has a lot of items that other locations either don't carry or are out of stock of. The only thing is that there was a massive line and only one employee at the registers.

Went in looking for canvases and paint and had some trouble finding it so I went to one of the associates (named Maria) to inquire where I could find them and was rudely pointed, without eye contact, back to Aisle 3 with stationery and drawing stuffs of which I had already browsed. After taking a few more up and down laps of the aisle to no avail, I went back to Maria to ask if she could point them out to me as I was having a hard time looking for them and was very, very rudely told that “they are in there” and that she was “late for her lunch break” and that she couldn’t help me find anything. Coming from a person who works and manages a retail clothing store for a large corporation, this behavior was completely unacceptable and was a terrible example of customer service, it wasn’t until she walked away that another associate by the name of Andrew, came up to me after ringing out a huge line of customers and offered to help. Andrew is a superstar employee that went out of his way to assist and was the only redeeming factor of my experience, 5 stars for Andrew for saving me and WALKING me over to where the canvases and paints could be found on AISLE 2. In the end I was happy to get what I was looking for but the experience with Maria really drove me to write this review as this isn’t something I commonly do. Maria is a liability and not a person you’d want representing your brand or store, I hope she gets thoroughly reprimanded and understands that retail service cannot be conducted in this manner.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!theres a man cashier young guy with green eyes no hair light skin in this store that has charged me on 2 dif. Occasions...HE CHARGEDE 2X FOR THE SAME ITEM..of course i checked after but was already home, i shouldntbhave to b worried about being chatged 2x. ..Do.not recommend this store .Also 1 cash register open and long line
