Used the “Get in Line” option online before leaving my house. Left for DMV when I had about 20 people ahead of me. Checked in at the front. Total time I was there was less than an hour without an appointment. I dealt with 3 different employees and each of them were friendly and professional. Best DMV experience I can recall having.

One of the workers there (male on the heavier side is very very rude and sassy) and pushed us out of the way for needing help. Ended up taking my drive test 1.5 hours after scheduled and passed first try. The managers are very accommodating to people !! Also the man who did my drive test was very kind about my mistakes and helped me so I could do better on the road

They have improved attention and order. Excellent idea that attention is by appointment, but also giving the option to people who arrive without one. The system of attention by numbers is very good. The parking lot is ample. Sadly, the employees are very closed in answering questions about situations that do not appear on the internet or in the manuals they give. It seems like they would be fined if they gave you verbal help. We witnessed situations of discrimination towards people who communicate in Spanish, which is not common in Southern California. It was a nightmarish bureaucratic experience.
