Was there early in the morning, lost an hour. Need to change one tire. They didn’t changed, because they pushed me to bay all four and I didn’t want. With no reason, without any logic. Don’t waste your time, do not go to that place!

Long time customer. First time issue.
They overtorqued a bolt on my tire stripped the stud and the stud broke. I've been bringing all my vehicles here for years. I get accidents happen once in a while. Thats not the issue. They refused accountability, basically told me tough luck. Had a fleet of 30 cars I've been bringing here for years. Go to costco tire center instead.

My experience at Discount Tire Carmel Mountain was like hitting up the DMV on a Monday morning—minus the coffee. The staff seemed as lost as my tire delivery, leaving me hanging for 30 minutes just to find out if it had arrived and taking the keys for the car. All that for a 30-minute total wait—now that's what I call efficiency in reverse!

Fast and professional, I called and talked with Sergio. I knew what I wanted, he checked to be sure the tires were in stock. Sergio put me in the "que" for tire installation and told me when to come in... I had two new tires installed and was out the door within 40 minutes! Thank you for the very professional and prompt service.

They forgot to put my center cap back on, and didn’t give me valve caps til I asked. They couldn’t figure out how to get the spare tire back up under my truck, so they put it in the passenger seat…of my -truck-

Great service and good prices. They've earned my bidness several times over. If you have plastic covers on your wheel locks, make sure you have them back on before you leave, they've missed them a couple times. Or alternatively, remove them yourself before handing the vehicle over.

I had a slow leak from my Front Driver's Side tire and decided to make an appointment online, which was super easy. Understandably, the next appoint was next Monday, as this Discount Tire gets a ton of customers and sometimes has Walk-In lines all the way to the door. Since this location is so close to home, I felt that it was worth the effort to drive by and see what the Walk-In line looked like. To my luck no one was in line and there were only a few ahead of me. I was greet nicely by Brandom M and we performed the visual check of the tire in question, as well as the others. Shortly after the team located a nail (or screw - I cannot remember) and patched it up. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Easy breezy efficient work with good customer service. I was out in less than 45mins, much sooner than their estimated completion time. I probably have another 1k or so miles left on my rear tires, but I definitely know where I'll be purchasing from when I need it. Great work Discount Tire Rancho Penaquitos!

Sometimes they’re busy, but they’re always professional and kind (Brandon M happened to be taking care of me). On this particular day, half an hour before closing, they were so calm and reassuring that the issue with the vehicle, which had to be towed to the site, will be addressed.

I went in for a tire repair and they lost our Tesla key card and denied that they lost it. They called us back after sometime to return it.
