Disappointed, I got a screw in the thin part of the tire, the bald front guy, mgr rude and snappy, I got the tire certificates for nothing, that tire should be replaced, not repaired. I'm afraid to drive the car long distance.

I got my four tires brand new here 2 years ago Still under warranty. I went back one time because I got a nail in my tire and they threw it away and give me a different one. Every time I went back for rotate. They don’t want To rotate and they keep trying to sell me 4 more tires ,,I feel being harassed , pressure and very tacky .. I never come back here again, but go back to Costco..

It's great if you get a good representative. Not all of them are attentive or....care. I was there 6/8/24, and there was a long line waiting to be helped. One of the representatives did not even care to clear the line by moving faster. He went to the back, looked at the monitor at the back, then stared at the counter, and then dragged his feet to the front counter again without calling the next customer. One of the customers just moved to his counter without being called, and once he got there, this representative did not even acknowledge him. I witnessed the customer waiting there for at least 5 min in front of that representative ?

This is what happened by the end
So, Not really. They cost me 500$. So my review is an edit. They wouldn’t wait for my claim while I was on the phone and changed my tire and put one on that was less than half the size of the original and threw away the flat tire that was basically brand new saying that it was ‘bad’ it wasn’t. It was just a nail (Imthat caused it) and no driving on it.

Condescending attitude and the guys at the front act like every new customer that comes in is another annoyance. I set up an appt and show up early so they could “get me in and out “ then say it’s going to be another hour on top of that. Super frustrating!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The tires are still have good thread and I was hopeful that it could be repaired. I went to Discount Tire in Mira Mesa and was expecting to get a sales pitch on why I needed to replace all my tires. My service representative was Mark and he quickly evaluated the issue and said he could get me in and out in 45 minutes! Not only did the fix the problem, they did it for free! I will definitely return to this location when the tires need to be replaced! Thank you Mark and team!!!!!!

A good experience. I went to get tires rotated and wheel balance. It only took about 30 minutes. The customer service was awesome ?. Keep up the great work.

Excellent service with smiles is always great! Tire was leaking air due to a tiny nail. Technician said it would take forty five minutes. He was spot on. Thanks for being awesome!

Most discount tires do a pretty good job. This one went above and beyond making sure the task was done. No corners cut and they’re super friendly. Would recommend.

Rear left tire was losing air, I suspected I had a leak. Employee found & repaired leak quickly and showed the nail. Glad I bought my tires from them, great service.
