Excellent customer service! Because of this they are likely busy but schedule an appointment and they will have you out of their in a timely fashion. Huge plus that they will change my boat trailer tires as well!

This was my go-to store for 20 years but the last few times i have been here i had to return to have issues corrected. recently after replacing the tires on my truck i had a slow leak & bad vibration. after having them correct the leak & rebalance the wheels i still had to remove the the wheels again at home to clean adhesive from the previous incorrect wheel weights. today after returning home from my most recent visit i found 1.75oz of wheel weights sitting on the ground that had fallen off the wheel. overall these are minor issues but they are mistakes that have been a hassle or inconvenience and required me to return & have the issue corrected.

It's always a negative - nail in tire, slow leak, balding tires, etc.- turned into a positive once I drive into Discount Tire on Balboa. They promptly attend to the problems and before long all tire issues are past history. And they are SO nice!!

Truck sensors kept indicating low tire pressure in one of my tires. I was able to make an appointment the same day I called. In less than 30 minutes they installed a new tire and even checked the lug nuts on my other tires to make sure they were tight. Every employee is always friendly and professional. That, and their low prices, are why I keep coming back.

It is rare these days to have a positive experience to share. But I do! I had a problem with tire pressure on Saturday. While they couldn't do a diagnostic that day, they filled my tire and scheduled me for first thing Monday. They quickly diagnosed the issue, identified another minor issue that they offered to address, and did so quickly, efficiently, and at no cost! I was treated with patience and respect, and will recommend them to everyone.
