Based on my experience yesterday, this company understands customer service. The low air light came up on the dash panel, upon further investigation it appeared that a nail was causing the problem. I took the car to Discount Tire and was helped as soon as I arrived. The representative looked at the tire, and also examined the other three. He told me it would probably take an hour,
reasonable without an appointment. It actually took 58 minutes. I was figuring it would be $25 or $30. NO CHARGE. They have a customer for life.

Great experience. Got there at 12pm and my car was ready in 45 minutes. They priced matched the tires and saved me couple hundred dollars. 10/10 tire buying experience with this location.

In this case they pulled a nail out of my tire and fix the flat checked all the other tires told me how much time I have left on my wear and that's it in and out quickly and efficiently as pleasant in experiences you could expect from a tire shop

i see more than 10 employees in the building, 3 of them helping one guy at the register, only 2 cars in the shop, im the only one in line for 25m waiting to get help. i really like discount tire but this location servely lacking customer satisfaction

I went in with a flat tire and was told I need a new tire. The tires have good life left but the tech said oh look at the sidewall, you need a new tie!!! The side wall was darker because the tire was flat and driven to the shop although there was no visible damage or deterioration l, I would expect the tire to be removed and inspected before selling me a replacement. I wanted a new tire because I suspected the damage to be significant but it was never disclosed. I purchased two new tires so I had a matching new set. When they tried to remove the tire they stripped the wheel lock and said it was already stripped. I was getting aggravated now by the lack of professionalism and obvious ignorance and talked to the manager. He was helpful instead of making excuses and offered to remove all the wheel locks and install mix matched lugs. I had my tires rotated and valve stems replaced a month earlier and they didn’t have any issues. When I told the sales tech he said I should go back to the Miramar store and talk to them… Im very surprised by the unprofessional attitude of the sales staff, i will not go back to Discount Tire, I don’t need to be up sold, disrespected or lied to. Manager was helpful

Staff is great, company has restrictive policies. They used to always rotate my tires whenever needed. Now they seem to always find an excuse not to. I got two completely different readings from two different employees on my tread depth. They need a rotation and they wouldn't do it because the tires are "too old" - balderdash, the tread is in the GREEN by good margin, and the truck is always garaged and is my second car used far less. The gentleman who refreshed my tire pressure was apologetic.

I got an enormous nail in my tire and these guys plugged it up and repaired it in less than an hour. Special thanks to Michael M for getting me through the process. Highly recommend discount tires and the mission gorge location!

These workers are efficient and professional. Love this place. Had a nail in the sidewall unrepairable. Tire insurance covered that tire. Had to buy another because awd.

I discovered a large screw stuck in my tire at Friday 5:30 PM right before Easter weekend. They close at 6 PM, but fortunately weren’t crazy busy so they squeezed me in and fixed my tire with no charge. It pays to be a customer of Discount Tire knowing they got your back when you need it. Thank you!
